What it is: A real-time high-level view of where your providers are in the credentialing process, provider-specific status details, and network-level turnaround time metrics for outreach, primary source verification (PSV) and decision making
What this report helps you do:
- Search by NPI or name to see a provider’s real-time status
- View the number of providers in each stage: In progress, Outreach, Complete, Approved or Cancelled
- Track the average turnaround time for your network
- See the average time spent in the Outreach, PSV and Decision stages
- Increase visibility for the credentialing department as well as provider relations and management
Monthly Monitoring Report
What it is: A monthly refresh of all NPDB, Board Certifications, Sanctions, State license and DEA data
What this report helps you do:
- Make proactive decisions about your network as statuses change
- One-stop-shop for viewing and exporting changes to vital provider information
- See which of your providers have new alerts
- View upcoming expirations by state on the interactive map

Credentialing Contacts Report
What it is: A complete list of practitioner-reported credentialing contacts
What this report helps you do:
- Pull the contact details you need for outreach or data collection

Primary Source Verification Report
What it is: All verified credentials and expiration dates for the practitioners in your network
What this report helps you do:
- Export the data into a CSV file to import into your system of record or claims software
- Analyze the compliance and quality of your network
