Recently Andros came together for a powerful in-person company-wide event called Ignite. I’m thrilled to share some of the many highlights and to celebrate the amazing connections and opportunities that emerged.
Our team gathered to champion our mission of unlocking the potential of the most valuable connection in healthcare: the patient-provider relationship. We explored our R&D and innovation in provider network management led by our product and engineering teams, with new perspectives on the features of our platform enabling the creation and sustaining of the highest-value networks.
We also explored ways to enrich our greatest resource as a company—our people. We dove into deep principles of teamwork and communication with Kim Vappie, CEO of NextView Insights; expanded our understanding of the patient-provider connection with physician, author and nationally recognized patient advocate Archelle Georgiou; and we embraced ideas around the growth mindset and how small-scale improvements can lead to long-term transformational success with Adam Hjerpe, Board Chair of the 2026 Special Olympics and former UnitedHealth executive.
We’d like to personally thank our amazing guests and their generosity in sharing their insights, experiences, and vision for how we at Andros can work together better and fulfill our promise and vision.
Of course, this get-together was about even more than the technology, the presentations, and the time spent together. It was also a recommitment to our dedication to making a deep impact in healthcare and how we’re going about it.
