Joy has over 18 years of experience in delivering technology and services to health plans, providers, and employer operations. She focuses on guiding strategic partnerships, product development, new customer acquisition, client management and channel development, centering on innovation and unlocking long-term value. When outside the office, she enjoys individual sculling, travel abroad and golf.
