Celebrating #OneTeam:
andros Fall MVPs

Each quarter we acknowledge the team members who went above and beyond in their role and who exemplified the andros values. All MVP winners are nominated by their peers or manager and the People Team identifies the MVPs (and some honorable mentions!) for the quarter based on these nominations. We love this opportunity to recognize our team members and celebrate their significant contributions to the organization. Our people are the heart of andros.

Jason Hamper
Manager of Operations

Jason always goes above and beyond on every single task thrown his way. He is willing to step in and assist others whenever needed. He will do whatever it takes to make a project succeed and will think of countless solutions if a problem arises. We are so incredibly lucky to have him on the Network Development team!

When Jason isn’t busy being a NetDev superhero, you could probably find him boating on the Chesapeake Bay!

Samia Alam
Operations Coordinator

Samia has single-handedly been a rock on Facilities. People are constantly bombarding her with asks and she’s just grinding it out tirelessly. Get this girl some accolades please!

In addition to her Operations title, Samia is also a cat mom. She loves to read sad novels and binge watch Korean dramas on the weekends.

Sam Durst
FP&A Manager

In our Series C, Sam has been leading the charge on ensuring the financial data is organized, accurate, and clearly articulated. He continues to work closely with, and has developed trust and respect from individuals within our organization, as well as with our investors and board members. He regularly demonstrates incredible depth of understanding for the data, data structure, and the technical domain in which he operates.

Fun fact: Sam grew up on an animal farm with over 70 animals!
