In this capacity, Wirth will infuse even greater dedication and strategic guidance into serving andros clients. Before joining andros, Wirth held strategic growth positions at OptumHealth and 2nd.MD/Accolade.

Wirth is a seasoned healthcare industry professional with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of success. She brings a strong understanding of operations and analytics and is passionate about offering data driven insight relevant to unique client needs. At andros, we are committed to meeting our customers where they are at and are excited for Wirth to further amplify the voice of our customers.
Wirth earned her Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and holds a Bachelor of Communications Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She resides in Edina, MN where she enjoys moonlighting as an uber driver for her two children and attending as many live music events as possible.
